A flock of birds resting on power lines near West 99th Street and Madison Avenue in Cleveland on Monday had something to sing about. Temperatures starting off this second week of November hit 70 degrees in some parts of Northeast Ohio. But a dip is expected with highs predicted to be 58 today and 49 Wednesday and lows in the 40s and high 30s.
