The Byzantine Catholic wedding ceremony took place at the St. George Romanian Catholic Cathedral in Canton. We took portrait photos on the grounds of the church, taking advantage of the very interesting buildings on the property – like those in Romanian villages.
There are 280 bronze busts in the Hall of Fame Gallery and it made for some dramatic photos.

Next we went to the McKinley Monument in Canton. It’s where Tom proposed to Natalie in December 2012.
The monument is the final resting place for the 25th President of the United States, William McKinley.
Then it was on to the Pro Football Hall of Fame in Canton. Natalie’s grandfather was one of the first
people to donate money to the Hall of Fame! She was so excited to have her reception held there.
Everyone got to roam the newly renovated hall all night and soak in the gridiron history.
I’m still loving those bridesmaids dresses made of soft net – the matching shoes are a nice touch too.
I was happy to ride the party bus. I took two of my favorite photos on a party bus at the wedding of Katie and Sam,
who were in this bridal party. Here’s a shot of Katie and Chelsea trying out the pole.
The entire bridal party made it up the 108 steps to reach the dome. McKinley died in 1901 and the Monument was finished in 1907.
As Natalie mentioned in part one of the blog the wedding party was full of “wild, fun-loving, athletic
drinkers.” When asked what was going on with their chugging of the drinks Natalie said, “The drinking game
is called “getting iced”. Basically, people hide Smirnoff Ices and if you happen to accidentally find it
(you’re definitely not looking for them) then you have to go down on one knee and chug the entire bottle.”
Tom finished his a few seconds before Natalie but it was close!
Chelsea gives a toast.
Tanner had Tom laughing with his toast.
Natalie and her father Meredith during their dance and Tom’s mother, Donna, danced with him.
Tom tossed the garter wrapped around a football. Katie was behind him grabbing a photo.
Loved how their body language was similar.
Catching it was their friend, Kyle, from Calgary in Canada. He had won the “single” tie the day before at the Cedar Point.
The reception tent was dwarfed by the hall and football field that had a game at the same time.
Natalie and Breana were lip synching “Heartbreaker” by Mariah Carey. She said they love her and always
find a way to request her songs at bars and parties so they can do that.
They are former softball teammates at Ohio State University.
Before the night was over we had to make some photos inside the Pro Football Hall of Fame. They just
finished a large expansion and renovation project for their 50th anniversary in 2013. It is spectacular!
The couple spends a few quiet moments at the end of the night
under the Hall of Fame’s iconic two-story rotunda.
