The sisters had their weddings downsized and delayed the last few years due to Covid issues
with ten family members only at each wedding. Parents Cheryl and Jack still wanted a big celebration
for them and talks to their caterer about some options.

Cheryl: “Marigold was selected as the original caterer in 2019 so when we rescheduled our
celebration we were delighted to see The Agora listed as one of their preferred venues! We all love music and dancing
and the Agora is iconic! The band, hired in 2019, is the Conspiracy Band, from Columbus.  They were handpicked by my
daughter, Jayme who lives in Columbus, and they were outstanding!  I looked at my friends as I was still on the dance
floor at one point and said,’I don’t know how to stop!’ “

Any music lovers from Ohio and the “tri-state area” have seen some great musical artists
at the Agora over the years. Many big artists played there before graduating to arenas. These include
Bruce Springsteen, Bad Company, Peter Frampton, Kiss, Eddie Money, Aerosmith, the Charlie Daniels Band
and many others. Of the many I saw there one of my favorite shows was the Pretenders and a few others
were my friends Material Issue opening for Simple Minds and Kirsty MacColl in the Agora Ballroom.

We started with some family photos before everyone arrived and then it was time for the cocktail
party before moving into the concert hall.

The couples were introduced while standing in theater boxes on either side of the stage. After
a very brief spotlight on them they joined everyone on the dance floor. The band’s energy kept the party going
strong all night with the couples joining them onstage a few times during the night.

Marigold Catering offered a variety of delicious food stations including By Land, Sea & Air,
Sliders and Build Your Own Tacos following up with some tasty desserts.

Mara comes from the Second City comedy troupe background from Chicago and sang after her
Second City friend Bri entertained everyone.

Cheryl: “Bri is a professional actress who happened to introduce Mara to Joe at a dog gala.
And she said “if you don’t like dogs then the exit is right over there!”  That is why I chose her to give a toast.”

She summed up the night with this: “Each of our family and friends were finally able to celebrate
these two couples which became a fusion of pure joy, love and happiness, and an unforgettable good time from
everyone who attended!”

Matty, Elaine and Jenny came from San Diego for the party!

Joe and Mara greeted the guests.

Jayme and Justin also greeted the guests.

Cheryl and Jack did a dance early on in the night.

All of the closest family members took a bow on stage.

Peter did the Russian Tzotsky dance move.

Ashley used her dress as if she was a matador in a bullfight.

Bri and Mara enjoyed some food.

Jayme and Justin did a special dance followed by Mara and Joe.

Bri entertained everyone before Mara sang a number.

Joe and his friend John Collins did “The Fried Egg” dance move during the song “Shout”
when they “couldn’t get any softer now.”
