Natalie and Damon’s Gervasi wedding was not their first time they’ve had fun there.

Natalie: “Gervasi is a special place to us. We have been traveling there since 2010. We would always come to
Gervasi for our anniversary and on our 10th anniversary Damon popped the big question! It was the perfect day
when Damon proposed on site at Gervasi out in the wine vineyards. We wanted to get married somewhere that meant
a lot to us and also that our guests would enjoy so a Gervasi wedding it had to be!
After getting ready Damon came to the Farmhouse where Natalie and the ladies got ready for a First Touch.
They held hands but did not see each other before the ceremony.
“The first touch was one of our favorite times of the day. It was a very emotional time. I had tears in
my eyes walking up and then when I reached around the corner I felt Damon’s hand and him shaking because he was
so excited with happy tears. I told myself to be strong and we shared some words and then we both heard Cleveland
Keys practicing our song for our first dance. That was really cool to hear that. After we had the first touch, I
was so ready to get married. I told all the bridesmaids and my parents, I am ready, can we please just move the
ceremony time up.”
The wedding was under the tree grove and perfect for their ceremony. Natalie: “We decided to do the Unity
of Tree Ceremony to blend dirt from both families that came from our childhood homes to symbolize the support
we have received that has made us the persons we are today. Each side of our parents hand dug the soil from our
homes we grew up in and then during the ceremony we placed the dirt together as one into the same planter. The
tree is a symbol of our marriage – we need to nurture the tree with love and let it grow, just like our marriage.”
Natalie emphasized that having Sirpilla Soiree as their wedding planner and Mycha’s day of ceremony assistance
was important. “Since it was an out of town wedding for us this would not have been possible without them. Mycha
was able to take all the stress off our plate and allowed us to enjoy our day hassle free. All the calls, meetings
and organizing of schedules. They went over the top to make sure our day was truly a dream come true.”
Natalie’s parents, David and Laura, and sister Katie helped with her dress.
The First Touch at the Farmhouse.
Natalie used a bit of Walk On Air by Kate Spade.
The kids table came with toys and special cups to keep the boys occupied before the ceremony.
Flower girl Reagan ran down the aisle.
Page boys Owen and Kaiden helped with Natalie’s dress.
All eyes were on the couple during their vows.
Natalie and Damon performed the Unity of Tree Ceremony.
After dinner we had some golden hour time for photos before the dancing started. So happy planner
Sirpilla Soirees did that!
Natalie’s mother, Laura and siblings all were emotional as she danced with father David.
Damon danced with his mother Marlene.
Devin, Nick and Dustin really enjoyed themselves on the dance floor.
The Cleveland Keys are always amazing and everyone loved them.
