Olivia and Jamie’s wedding at Gervasi Vineyard was full of fun and emotion. Isn’t the front entrance of the Gervasi Vineyard gorgeous?

I didn’t get to meet the couple before the wedding
and found them super friendly and we got along well
right from the start. Gervasi Vineyard in Canton is a
gorgeous place for a wedding and becoming very popular.
I met the men first as they were getting ready
at a hotel that was not quite as swanky as the Firenze
villa at Gervais Vineyard where the ladies were located.
I love the challenge of making great photos from
all locations and this was a fun way to start the day.
Once the guys were dressed we walked around the
perimeter of the property and made some nice photos.
Then I was off to see the ladies at Gervasi
Vineyard. I think I mentioned that already didn’t I?
Olivia and the ladies were all together on the bed
when she spied the Jamie and the groomsmen walking up to
the ceremony area and I captured her reaction. My many years
as a photojournalistic have prepared me to catch fleeting
moments that tell the story of the day as I spend day as
the couple’s wedding photographer.
Victoria and Leah helped Olivia get into her dress.
Then her mother Vickie finished up the job.
Olivia wanted everyone to see her enter the room
so everyone covered their eyes as she made her grand
entrance. Their reactions were priceless and it was
a great idea!
Jessica was especially moved by how beautiful
Olivia looked on her wedding day.
She then helped Olivia with her lipstick.
A few of the bridesmaids gave her this heart bracelet.
Olivia’s father, Tom, brought her to the outdoor ceremony at the Atrium.
After the ceremony we were off with the bridal party
for the creative portraits-always one of my
favorite parts of the wedding day.
Olivia wanted a photo of the guys holding the
bridesmaid bouquets made of hydrangeas.
Some of them really sold it!
Then we were off to take some photos amongst the grapes in the Gervasi Vineyard.
This massive wine bottle chandelier hangs in
the Ballaria Sophia where the reception was held.
Leah and Margie helped bustle Olivia’s dress.
Best man JT led a toast and in two photos
you will see he ended up getting some cake in the face.
I thought that was for the couples only!
Jamie danced (and sang) with his mother Liz to
“What A Wonderful World” by Louis Armstrong.
Leah caught the bouquet. Don’t forget me when you
get married! I love working with people from past weddings.
It’s always great to see everyone again.
Their rings are gorgeous!
The bathroom doors have this great dimpled glass
and I wanted to try something different so we halted
the bathroom traffic for just a few minutes.
There was lots of spirited dancing all night and
at one point I thought a boy band had invaded the place.
But it was just the guys getting (low) down to their
vests and dancing to “Get Low” by Lil Jon & the East Side Boyz.
So glad I was able to tell your wedding day story Olivia and Jamie!
Thank you,
