Tess and Tyler’s wedding was my first StoneWater Golf Club & Venue wedding.
Please enjoy, Scott Shaw Photo | Cleveland Wedding Photographer
It was worth the wait in more ways than one! The outdoor patio area and inside is very
relaxing and classy at the same time with the light coming in the windows as the evening progressed.
I also loved the bridge with lanterns at the entrance which you’ll see in the photos. I hope to be
back again soon.
We took their engagement photos before Covid started so it had been awhile since I saw them.
Their 2020 wedding plans were delayed until 2021 so it truly was a wait.
We started at the Hyatt Place Legacy Village for the ladies getting ready. The suite had
wonderful room light which made for some gorgeous photos of the ladies.
Then I met the guys at StoneWater where they were getting ready. We had time to do photos of
the guys on the edge of the golf course as well as the putting green.
The ceremony took place just outside the reception area and featured a harbor made by Tyler’s
father, Tom and brother in law, Tayler. It was also used in the before the bridal party table and a
very cool neon sign was anchored above the couple.
The room was filled with lovely flowers by House of Flowers in Medina and Tess said she thought
they did a great job.
Whitney with StoneWater coordinated the event making sure everything ran smoothly.
A highlight of the evening was the sparkler exit with the couple being whisked away in a 1949
Willys Jeepster. This car has been in the family since new and was owned by Tyler’s “Grannie Annie”.
His mother, Beth, drove them away in the decorated convertible. Tyler said his grandmother used to drive
it around Martha’s Vineyard. I love old cars so it was a real treat to see it in person.
Mother Gail helped Tess get her dress buttoned up.
Sister Erin got a bit misty eyed.
Tess was deep in thought as everyone did last minute primping just before the ceremony.
Father Rory walked Tess down the aisle.
Erin and Tyler’s brother Jack gave toasts.
It was fun watching the bride’s cousins Danny and Sophie amuse themselves after dinner.
The 1949 Willys Jeepster!
