Lakewood Park Engagement Session
We really warmed it up on the shores of Lake Erie with their Lakewood Park engagement session.
The first photos were taken around the Oldest Stone House that sits on Lake Avenue at the front of the park. Built in 1834 the Lakewood Historical Society operates the home and museum. It’s made of limestone and is a wonderful piece of history. More is provided in a link below.
From there we went to the bandstand for some photos and Lauren said the photo of them running on the stage is her favorite of the photos.
The sun was starting to set and the golden glow was so gorgeous that I had to make some silhouette photos of it behind them. Then they took a break on the Solstice Steps with hundreds of others watching the sunset. The park is always full in the summer with everyone wanting to see the glowing orb over Lake Erie.
We then walked down the promenade for a view of Cleveland after the sun set and it became hazy. There were quite a few people gathered there so we had to wait a few minutes to get a clear view of the city.
I can’t wait for their Valley of the Eagles wedding in Elyria!
